With the recent permission from the provincial government to safely resume sport and recreation activities, participants, coaches, and parents are keen to get back in action. But care must be taken to not jump in too quickly without proper planning, organization, and consideration of the prolonged period of inactivity participants may have just experienced. Join us and hear from experts in the Faculty of Kinesiology on sport injury prevention as we return to physical activity and training, the Safe Sport holistic approach to athlete recovery, and the coach's role in managing performance expectations.
